-YOUR LAKE KEOWEE CONNECTION- We are just a little bit south of North Carolina! A native of Cornelia, GA, Reg Tatum moved to Walhalla, SC to work with WGOG Radio. In 1964 he joined Rochester Real Estate / Walhalla Builders and then Coldwell Banker Seneca Office in 2005. He has been representing real estate buyers, sellers, property management and new home construction planning in the upstate of SC for 47 years. Reg served on the first Oconee Board of Assessment Control and his years of service have been a benefit to his real estate career. He is currently active as Council Chm, Chicopee UMC; a Volunteer for Oconee Medical Center, Lila Doyle Nursing Center and Hospice of the Foothills @ Cottingham House; the First Steps Board of Oconee; Mentor for School Distict of Oconee; the Crisis Team of SDOC and Oconee Men's Outreach; and the TriO Board of Tri-Count;y Technical College.
